Programs and Curriculum
Our approach to education includes many types of learning. Each child learns in a unique way and we use many different methods of teaching in our classes to meet the needs of every student.
Literature is important to us at Achiever Preschool and we read books with the students every day. We introduce a new science unit each month. Children learn many concepts through music with fun songs that go along with the seasons, holidays, and science units. Crafts and activities are also planned to correspond with these topics. We utilize a variety of art projects to encourage children’s creativity. Physical activities like dance and outdoor play encourage children in developing large muscle motor skills. In addition to our regular routine, we also have puzzles and games, holiday parties, snow days, and field trips.
The 2019-2020 school year will be our last year of teaching. Our current classes run Tues-Thurs, Morning and Afternoon.
